Important: We recommend that you book your initial assessment, as well your first follow-up appointment (30 min), 2-3 weeks later.  If you are pregnant, please book a 1 hour appointment (or 2 separate 30 min appointments) for when you are 35 weeks pregnant and also for 5 wks after your due date.  These appointments can be cancelled or changed after you have discussed with your physiotherapist.
