Steph is a registered physiotherapist who practices Pelvic Health and Orthopaedic physiotherapy. She completed her Honours Bachelor in Kinesiology at The University of Western Ontario followed by her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at The University of Toronto in 2013. Steph has since completed advanced training in pelvic health and is rostered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario to perform internal pelvic exams. She is also a certified RYT200 yoga teacher with additional certification in prenatal yoga. Most recently, Steph completed her Childbirth Educator and Birth Doula training. 


She provides support for a variety of pelvic health concerns including: bladder and bowel concerns (urinary incontinence, urgency, frequency, fecal incontinence, constipation), pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic girdle pain, persistent low back and hip pain, tailbone pain, painful intercourse, and diastasis rectus abdominus. Steph also supports women throughout pregnancy, preparing for labour and birth, and postpartum. 

She is especially interested in merging yoga and lifestyle coaching with physiotherapy, labour and birth preparation, trauma sensitive care, and stress management. 


Steph’s approach to rehabilitation and wellness integrates evidence-informed care with a whole person centred approach. She believes knowledge and movement are powerful tools in the healing and restoring of our bodies. She approaches treatment using a biopsychosocial spiritual model of care that aims to promote holistic wellness. Steph is collaborative and non prescriptive in her approach and strives to empower her clients to trust in their bodies and feel confident in their intuitive self knowledge and ability to lead their own healing.
